The Studio Transformation provides you with a step by step guide to build and launch your online Fitness Streaming service as well as teaching you how to advertise and grow your service using Facebook Ads (Covers Facebook + Instagram).
All tools we teach and use through this course are easy to use and require no software development skills, including the website which is full of beautiful templates waiting for you to upload your content and images.
Who's it for? This course is designed for Fitness Studios or Fitness Professionals who want to launch and grow their business online and don't want to waste time trying to figure out how to do it themselves.
What do I need? If you've recorded classes then you're good to go! As with any site, you'll need your content and some good pictures, the better the content the better the site you'll create!

The goal of this course is to help you quickly pivot your business and adapt quickly in a time where there is a rapid shift to Digital Fitness. Our key goals are below
Satisfy Existing Customers: The first step is to get the platform up and running as quickly as possible. This enables you to keep your existing members happy and engaged.
Systems & Funnels: Before we can start running advertisements, we need to set all of the systems in place so that we maximize the chances of us converting a visitor to a paying customer.
Scale to new members: Once the site is setup, and the sales funnel is in place, we can then move to advertising where we will use facebook ads to acquire new customers.

What will my site look like?
Below are images of a site built by one of our students. The tools you will use to build your site through this course have a number of templates which will allow you to adapt it to the look and feel of your studio, and with our guidance, it’s super easy!
One of the biggest tricks to making a streaming site look great is the images you use within it. Simple yet clear images for each video (also known as packshots) can completely change the look and feel of your entire site!

Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee you'll have a streaming service available. Even if you paid a marketer and a tech genius $100k it's not going to guarantee sign ups. We give you a complete course to implement facebook advertising, but it's up to you to make them work.
Are there additional costs?
Yes, this is a course which will walk you through setting up, running and scaling an online service. The chosen partners we use for running this will cost $99 per month and an additional $20 per month for the email marketing platform we recommend.
Should I pay a company to build this for me?
The reason I put this together was because I have friends in the fitness industry who were struggling during COVID, and unsure of where to start when it comes to building an online streaming platform. Hiring tech experts can be costly, when you can do this yourself with a little guidance. Instead of paying a company tens of thousands of dollars to build your site, building it yourself will leave you with more money to spend on advertising and studio growth.
How much work is involved?
The amount of work you put in is what's going to determine results. The goal is to build a platform so you can focus on what you do best, running fitness classes. Each week will require work to get everything up and running. But the goal is to get you focused on filming videos, and if it takes a little longer than expected, thats ok!
Are refunds available?
All sales are final, what you're getting is access to the knowledge and experience that I built up over the past 10 years, I'm confident you'll be beyond satisfied with what you're going to learn and implement within a short period of time.
How much support is there?
Some of the videos have been updated and additional videos provided based on feedback received from existing students. My aim is that you will need minimal support, however as mentioned above, I'm here to help and you will have the ability to ask questions through our dedicated chat app
